Want to learn more about exercise, posture and healthy eating in a practical and easy-to-understand way?

Join SUPRA Women’s Sports & Health: Let’s Talk for an interactive session exploring women’s physical health and wellbeing. We’ll cover practical tips for improving posture, preventing common exercise-related pain and injuries, and understanding your daily calorie and nutritional needs.

🥗 The session will also include a guided meal-preparation activity, where you’ll learn how to put together a healthy and balanced meal — with food provided for participants!

Come along, learn something useful, prepare a meal together, and enjoy the food afterwards.
