We are hiring volunteers for the SUPRA Welcome Party. Volunteers are responsible for setting up the venue, checking in, keeping everything in order and chatting with new students during the party.

You can choose which one part you want to be responsible for.

Meet at the SUPRA office at 4 pm on Fri 07/03/2025 for more instructions. (Notice: If you find nobody in the office, we probably will be in the courtyard restaurant)

❗️If you want to cancel the ticket, please locate the "manage order" option in your confirmation email and follow these steps: "Refund/Cancel" -> "Self-service refund" -> "Cancel ticket(s)".❗️

Please note that the refund option will close one day prior to the event. We kindly ask that you cancel your ticket before the event date to allow other students the opportunity to participate.
