HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

MARKET DAY TRADERS - Preloved Surfboards & Surf gear

ON ARRIVAL

Bump in - From 10.30am and setup is required to be complete by 11.30am
On Arrival – If required there will be a designated drop off zone at Robertson St carpark, Narrabeen. Event staff on the day will direct you.
Check in at the Surfrider tent to confirm your registration.
BYO your own market setup including weights to secure Marquees etc. Tent pegs/ stakes, market umbrellas directly in the ground are prohibited.
Parking during the event - available on Ocean St, Devitt St carpark
All proceeds from your trading on the day are retained by you.
Donations to Surfrider are always greatly received!
This is a waste free event, BYO reusable coffee keep cup & water bottles,
All unsold items must be taken away by you at the end of the event.

We wish you a great day trading and hopefully we get to share a cool one with you at the Sands hotel at the end of the day!

WET WEATHER AND EVENT/ MARKET DAY TRADER CANCELLATION

In the event of a major weather event or electrical storm, the Presenters may declare the event to be cancelled.
If the event is cancelled, Day Traders will be notified via the email address you provided on booking by 5pm on the day prior to the event (10 August 2024).

If Day Traders do not arrive at the event your ticket cost will be forfeited.
Refunds will not be provided to any Day Trader who cancels after purchasing a ticket.

INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Day Traders are responsible for their property. Appropriate and current insurance should be held by Day traders to safe guard against any possible instance of theft, malicious damage or accidental damage to any property.

The Presenters are not responsible nor will be liable for any such incident.

Presented by Surfrider Foundation Northern Beaches in partnership with the Northern Beaches Council.

An annual coastal community marketplace to swap, sell, repair or repurpose your preloved surf gear and support sustainable surfing on the Northern beaches.
+ Meet the shapers and makers of quality, sustainable, durable hollow-wooden surfboards, reef friendly sunscreen brands and local innovators of upcycling waste into surf art & accessories.
Soak up the winter sun and enjoy cool tunes, great coffee, and delicious eats from the wonderful local Ocean St - cafes Driftwood Cafe, Black Honey or enjoy a Surf Swap Burger special at the Narrabeen Sands Hotel. The Sands hotel will be hosting a Happy hour afterwards from 4 -6pm for everyone to to celebrate the day.
