Surfer yoga: 

It's a dynamic practice tailored to prepare surfers for their sessions by enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and core stability. It incorporates a combination of flowing movements, strength-building poses, and balance exercises that mimic the movements and demands of surfing. Through targeted stretches and poses, surfer yoga aims to increase flexibility and mobility in key areas like the hips, shoulders, and spine, while also developing explosive power and concentric strength needed for paddling and riding waves. By integrating core-centric poses and balance drills, it helps surfers maintain stability and control on the board, ultimately enhancing their performance and enjoyment in the water.
