A moment in time, to reflect on the year that was and set intentions for the year ahead. This experience will guide you through practices that reconnect you with your body, calm your mind and cultivate a sense of renewal. Through movement, breath and Sound, you'll create space for healing, and create peace for new possibilities as we enter the new year with clarity and purpose.

Conscious Dancing: Conscious dancing is a form of movement that involves dancing with mindfulness and awareness. It focuses on connecting with your body, emotions, and surroundings through movement, allowing for a deeper sense of presence and self-expression. Conscious dancing often involves letting go of self-judgment and allowing the body to move freely and authentically. The session will begin with some guided moves to get your mind and body flowing. As we progress, the tempo gently shifts, guiding you into more meditative movements, encouraging you to explore your inner self through improvisation and spontaneous expression. Whether you’re twirling or simply swaying back and forth, you’re expressing who you truly are — no judgments, just freedom. In the world of conscious dance, it’s not about perfection; it’s about connection.

Breathwork: Breathwork is a Mindfulness practice, where we actively influence our breath through techniques that vary in duration, pace and rhythm. Each designed to influence our physical, mental and emotional states. CCB is like the gateway/bridge, between our conscious and subconscious mind. A powerful neuroscientific tool, which helps improve concentration, regulate our nervous system, process and release emotional tension, boost energy and improve our immune system. Overall, it allows our body the chance to reset and come out of fight/flight and freeze response, helping to unwind our nervous system and allow rest and digest within the body.

Spinal energetics: Spinal energetics is known as Somatic practice. A blend of both eastern and western practices which allows us to look beyond the physical body. In Spinal Energetics we are working with the innate wisdom of the body. Here we work specifically with bound tension stored on our spine, which help explore layers of our energetic field; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and Soul level. Spinal Energetics helps to release and integrate unprocessed emotions and release stagnant energy which is stored within our tissues, muscles and DNA. It helps individuals understand body awareness, release energy within our energetic centres/field, helping to rewire brain wave activity and reset our nervous system to a state of balance. Each person's experience is unique and helps to create transformational change; physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Sound Healing: Is an ancient healing modality which works by using specially tuned instruments, which vibrate at different frequencies, travelling through our body and impacting the way our body resonates with each sound. Sound frequencies are used to engage with the body, with the intention of bringing our body to a deep state of relaxation and connection. Sound frequencies are played together, slowing down your brain waves to elicit a deeply restorative state, helping to activate the body's system of self healing.

Due to the nature of this work, there is some contraindications that will require me to adjust breath techniques or detain from practices used on the day. These are;

High blood pressure/cardiovascular conditions.
Severe mental health disorders such as Schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar.
Recent physical injuries
Detached Retina
Recent surgeries
Severe Asthma
History of seizures
Heart disease
Drug or alcohol addiction
Pregnancy
