What to expect

🎇Meditation

Your journey starts with a meditation to guide your mind & body into calmness and support you to go within, surrender and reconnect with self.

🎇Sound

Sound Baths are a beautiful gentle journey of relaxation, healing and personal growth. The therapeutic vibrational sounds of the crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, encouraging the release of stagnant energy, moving it effortlessly through your body releasing stress, resetting your nervous system and uplifting your mind, body & soul.

🎇Reiki and Healing

Throughout your journey, we will be coming around the room supporting you with the gentle healing touch of Reiki and placing Tibetan bowls and tuning forks on your body helping you to achieve a deeper state of relaxation, release what no longer serves you and restore your body’s natural flow of energy.

We close with a nourishing herbal tea, the setting of positive intentions, cards and connection with beautiful like-minded people.

A pillow and cosy blanket for comfort

You are welcome to bring your journal and pen for reflection

* Yoga Mats, Bolsters and Eye Masks are provided

* We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to get settled

To ensure Sound Healing is suitable for you please consult your GP or reach out to us at lfcrangle@hotmail.com before attending our event if you have a Neurological Condition such as Epilepsy or Parkinson’s, suffer from a severe mental health condition, have implants or electrical devices in your body (such as a pacemaker, cardiac loop recorder, ICD), any existing heart condition, cardiac shunt or stent, artificial heart valves or are newly pregnant (1st semester)

It is also important to let us know if have any of the above conditions, have had recent surgery/stitches or have any current or ongoing health issues so we can personalise your journey accordingly.
