SURRENDER WITH YIN
2-hour Yin Yoga | 12th November

A chance to slow down, turn inward and let go of the need to do.

Join me for two hours of yin yoga, breathwork and deep rest. A space to soften, sit with yourself and meet whatever is here, without needing to change or fix.

Yin is a practice of slowing down. Of finding stillness, getting curious about the sensations in your body and learning to soften around the edges. It’s an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply be.

What to expect

Breathwork, an extended yin practice, and a yoga nidra to close.

No experience needed, come, get comfortable & give yourself a couple of hours to surrender & slow down.

Date: Thursday 12th November
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Cost: $30pp
Location: Barneys Croydon Hall, William St & Elizabeth St, Croydon SA 5008

All levels welcome.

I’d love to share this space with you.
