All participants will using fresh and top-quality ingredients from Australia and Japan, you will follow traditional methods replicable at home, including essential Japanese seasonings, sushi techniques and a variety of yummy recipes. Additionally, we will also be demonstrating our unique creation, the sushi sandwich.

Make sure you come with an empty stomach, as you will enjoy the sushi you've made!

If you are under 16 years old, you are not permitted to attend. We recommend considering our kids' workshop as an alternative option.

Kindly be aware that, given the workshop's nature and the resources allotted, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued for registrations made for children under the age of 16.
