Join Caine and Lily-Rose from Japxican restaurant in Evans Head for a community skills sharing event and introduction to this much loved Japanese cuisine.

Caine will demonstrate and help us to learn the tips and tricks of sushi hand rolling techniques. Come along to learn and enjoy a shared meal.
