Event description

A Floating Journey of Sound and Stillness

Join us for an enchanting evening of serenity and introspection—this time, held in the gentle cradle of aerial hammocks. Suspended in the air, you’ll be invited to float into a space of deep relaxation as sound waves guide you inward.

Prepare to embark on a profound inner journey, elevated—literally and spiritually—by the transformative power of sound. As the evening unfolds, the softness of the hammock will cocoon you in comfort while a tranquil atmosphere soothes the soul and elevates the spirit.

About the facilitator:

Anatman is a music producer and audio engineer who creates immersive sound journeys inspired by his personal path into Buddhism and meditation. Fusing the precision of digital sound design with the organic beauty of nature field recordings, he brings his performances to life with live traditional instruments—such as singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks, rattles, and flutes. Anatman’s soundscapes are crafted to awaken introspection, stillness, and deep inner presence.

The journey begins with a gentle guided relaxation, as the ethereal tones of ancient instruments open the body and mind to receive. From there, you'll be carried by Anatman’s music, presented in stunning clarity through a thoughtfully designed sound system.

Suspended in the safety of your hammock, let yourself drift—effortlessly held—as vibrations stir emotion, clear tension, and awaken the imagination.

After the session, we welcome you to return gently to the ground for quiet reflection, journaling, or simply sipping warm herbal tea in the soft afterglow of your journey.

What to bring:

  • Blanket

  • Eye pillow or scarf

  • Journal and pen

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled into your hammock.

Embrace this opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a nurturing space of stillness and sound.
