These workshops are intended to assist Environmental Leaders to enjoy sharing project ideas and food, connect with each other, feel inspired and supported as we continue our pro-environmental actions.

You may choose to attend any workshop dates that interest you!

  • Friday May 6th, 2022. 6pm-8:30pm. Arts creatives. Alumni creatives enjoy informal networking sharing creative project ideas, collaboration and support opportunities. Workshop Facilitator: Matt Bray 
  • Friday May 13th, 2022. 6pm-8:30pm. Nature-connecting. This workshop is for our alumni with an interest or project idea that focuses on wellbeing and nature-connecting experiences that may inspire pro-environmental action. Workshop Facilitator: Deb Punton CANCELLED
  • Friday May 20th, 2022. 6pm-8:30pm. Greenspaces, gardening and local environmental projects. Alumni green thumbs and those interested in planting greenspaces and gardening, and revegetation of our local environment.  Workshop Facilitator: TBC
  • Friday May 27th, 2022. 6pm-8:30pm. Energy, Waste and other projects.  This workshop is for our alumni who have a waste or energy idea or another project that they would like to develop or collaborate on. Workshop Facilitator: TBC

Please bring a plate of food to share supper.

BOOKING/FEES

  • $5- Environmental Leaders sliding scale donation supports to Eco connect which in turn supports all CoPP Environmental Leaders. The tiered pricing structure allows those with greater means to provide more generous community support. 
  • Ticketsales end 24-hours prior to the event and will be cancelled unless a minimum of 4 people are registered. If cancelled you will be contacted and your money refunded.

These workshops were brought to you with support of City of Port Phillip Environmental Leadership Program by Greensong and Eco connect. 
  • Eco connect grew out of the Environmental Leaders program as a group project to promote and connect people and organisations in the CoPP district in taking pro-environmental actions.
  • Greensong is Deb Punton, an ecopsychologist, environmental educator and permaculture landscape designer. Her EL project Sustainability of Self was based on the concept of helping pople build resilience and maintain wellbeing to continue and build on sustainable living and environmental options.
