    Event description

Join us for the upcoming Young Farmers Connect - Northern Rivers field day at Woodland Valley Farm

This event is for YFC Members and non-members alike - all welcome - come and join our community of peer-support

A jam packed day out with heaps of opportunities to learn and explore small farm enterprise and how they manage to turn sustainability into success.

In partnership with Tweed Shire Councils - Sustainability Program we have an amazing opportunity to visit Fabian Fabbro and Jodie Vicaars farm as they explore farming for a healthier, sustainable future and relish the joy of living on the land.

Woodland Valley Farm is a completely off-grid enterprise that also offers amazing value added produce such as duck eggs artisan pasta, sauces inspired by Fabian’s Italian heritage and duck egg custard.

We also welcome discussion and opportunity to network with Amy Colli a leading local agritoursim expert and representative from Destination Tweed

    ****
An additional special workshop is on offer Pasta Making with Woodland Valley Farm.

Following on from the field day, join Fabian to learn how to make your own fresh pasta with eggs from the farm. This is such a great skill to have that you can use in your own kitchen.
