Whether you’re managing a large property portfolio or steering a small to medium-sized business that supplies property companies, navigating the intricate landscape of sustainability reporting is essential.

From tracking energy, water and waste management to embodied carbon accounting and soon, nature and social impact, understanding reporting tools and how to manage them is key for both experts and newcomers.

Why does this matter?

Because we need to urgently get to net zero - sustainably.

And because in today’s world, investors, financiers, and tenants demand transparency and accountability on how we're tracking with all these metrics.

Even home builders and renovators are now asking small architectural practices to report on embodied carbon. This masterclass will demystify the jargon, provide insights into technology selection, delve into embodied carbon accounting, and explore emerging trends like scope 3 emissions, nature, and social impact reporting.
