Event description

Do you want to learn how to cook delicious, healthy meals that don't harm the planet?

You are invited to the low waste cooking workshop! No experience is needed. This hands-on workshop will be led by Friends of the Earth Food Co-op to show you tips to minimise food waste while creating delicious, seasonal plant-based meals.

This interactive workshop is the perfect opportunity to make friends and practice being conscious in our daily food consumption. One meal at a time!

About the organisers:

SMART Consumers is a student-led club based at the University of Melbourne with the ambition to bring the circular economy closer to students. We aim to encourage students to reduce their environmental footprint in daily life, while also introducing them to organisations that offer opportunities for volunteering and career development in the sustainability space.
