Join us for a magical evening under the pergola at Folk & Merchant. Catch up with friends or meet some new ones while making a beautiful, 40cm wreath from local foliage and flowers under the guidance of sustainable floristry teacher Donna Hamilton from The Freo Florist.
Incorporating our native flora into Christmas decorations helps us to bring the spirit of the land, the season of Birak and a grounded, low-consumption vibe to our festivities. If you love the abundance of flowers, and also care about the impact you're making on our planet then this workshop is for you.
This workshop takes you through a whole process of making the wreath base from foliage, then decorating with dried and fresh flowers.
No experience is needed to attend, and you will take home a beautiful, fragrant wreath made from all local flowers and foliage.
Enjoy a welcome drink and grazing platter on arrival.
