Sustainable House Day 2026 Narara Ecovillage

Narara Ecovillage is located on the beautiful Central Coast, just over an hour north of Sydney, Australia.  Our houses are built to high standards of sustainability, with high energy ratings.   Building types include natural builds, strawbale, hempcrete, modular, tiny homes and more.  We are a demonstration ecovillage and, as well as sustainable building, we aim to nurture a resilient and inclusive intergenerational community that inspires collaboration, innovation and fun.  Three of our homes will be open on May 17th so please register to visit them via the SHD website https://sustainablehouseday.com/.  When you come, you can take a tour around the village and find out more about us, and what we have achieved so far.  Our coffee cart will be open for coffee, cake and snacks until 1pm so do come and find out more.  You will be very welcome.
