Led by HIP V. HYPE founder Liam Wallis and HIP V. HYPE Sustainability's Head of Better Buildings David Mahony, join us for a guided tour of HV.Hotel at Ferrars & York as part of Sustainable House Day 2023.

Located atop HIP V. HYPE’s award-winning 22 carbon neutral apartment building, Ferrars & York, HV.Hotel is an opportunity for travellers and locals alike to experience sustainable apartment living firsthand: more consistent internal temperatures, enhanced acoustic performance, fresher air and a lower carbon footprint.

HV.Hotel is 100% GreenPower electric with an exceptional 8.1-star NatHERS energy rating (out of 10). The apartment demonstrates excellence in sustainability via:
