We’re partnering with expert home energy assessors, Ephe, to offer residents access to an independent and reliable Residential Efficiency Scorecard assessor.

Whether you’re a homeowner, a landlord or a renter, this is your chance to discover how to make your home cheaper to run and more comfortable.

The national Residential Efficiency Scorecard is a government-backed and subsidised program that offers a star rating for your home, just like your washing machine, and a clear pathway to reduce your energy costs while making your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Whether you want to reduce your energy bills, make your home more comfortable, go all-electric or plan an energy efficient renovation, Ephe who are government-accredited scorecard assessors, will help you find the best way forward.

Join Ephe to learn more about the Government accredited Residential Efficiency Scorecard assessment process.

Learn about how the assessment takes place, what information you can expect to receive and how it can increase the comfort and efficiency of your home. We will run through simple DIY upgrades you can make to your home that will make a big impact on your homes comfort and energy bills.

Stonnington residents can get access to exclusive discounts on the day.
