Join us for this practical workshop focused on food fermentation with plenty of samples to taste and recipes to be shared!
Discover the art of fermentation and its health benefits in this hands-on workshop.
In this practical workshop you will learn how to prepare a variety of fermented food which is loaded with enzymes and vitamins so beneficial for our health. Participants will learn how to prepare yoghurt, kefir, kombucha, sourdough bread and receive a demonstrate on sauerkraut preparation.
This workshop includes plenty of samples to taste and recipes to be shared so you can continue fermenting food at home.
Workshop is run by Roman from Spurtopia.
This is a free workshop; however, bookings are essential and spaces are limited. Please ensure you book a ticket for everyone attending. If you are no longer able to attend the event, please cancel your booking so that other on the waitlist can attend.
We ask you to please stay at home on the day of the event/session if you are unwell or are displaying COVID-19 or cold/flu symptoms, no matter how mild.
