Are you an op shop manager or volunteer looking to build a stronger more resilient organisation?

Is your op shop overwhelmed by unsellable textile donations?

Do you want better waste diversion strategies while increasing community impact?

Have you been affected by recent changes to textile recycling services?

Lets talk!

My name is Amber and I am the Director of Henley Opportunity Shop, an op shop known for doing things differently.

Join me for a relaxed session where we discuss the various challenges modern op shops face and leave with practical solutions you can implement immediately for success.

With over 17 years of experience within charity retail I can provide practical, tested strategies so your organisation can continue to provide an essential community service and raise funds for your nominated charities or causes.

The end of the year can be overwhelming for op shops as they process a higher volume of donations and face increased dumping of unsaleable items.

Lets change that.

Leave with new solutions you can implement in your organisation to begin 2027 ahead of the pack.
