How can you make your existing home more comfortable, efficient and sustainable without blowing your renovation budget?

Join us for the next instalment of Foundations for the Future, a community talk series exploring how we can create homes that are regenerative for people and the planet.

Renovating offers an opportunity to improve how our homes perform, reduce energy use and create healthier, more comfortable living environments. But where should you start, and how do you make the most of the money you have available?

In this session, Brett Grimley, Principal Designer at Ecolibrium Designs, will explore practical and affordable ways to improve existing homes. From relatively simple modifications to more substantial renovations, Brett will discuss how thoughtful design, material choices and a staged approach can help homeowners achieve meaningful improvements within their budgets.

Drawing on real-life projects undertaken by Ecolibrium Designs, Brett will share examples of renovation strategies, explain the considerations behind different solutions and explore how to prioritise improvements for the greatest benefit. Whether your home needs a few targeted changes or a more comprehensive transformation, you'll gain a better understanding of what is possible and where to focus your investment.

Whether you're planning a renovation, looking to improve your home's performance over time, or simply curious about more sustainable ways to live, this event will provide practical knowledge and inspiration to help you take the next step.

Come connect with local design professionals and community members interested in creating healthier, more comfortable and sustainable homes for the future.
