📍 Workshop Details:

When: Last Saturday of each month — Sept, Oct, Nov, Feb & Mar
Time: 12pm – 2pm
Where: St George’s Family Centre, Gibney Street, Dunsborough
Cost: $50 total (paid in advance) – subsidised thanks to support from the Share & Care Program at St George’s and Plico Community Fund.

🧵 What to Bring:

Your own sewing machine – we’ll help you build confidence in using it!
Any clothes you’d like to repair – bring these to the first session, and we’ll try to tailor future workshops to your needs.
Your curiosity and willingness to learn – no sewing experience required!

♻️ Bonus: Bring Recyclables!

Did you know St George’s is also a free drop-off point for hard-to-recycle items? They can recycle all sorts of strange things like tooth brushes, coffee pods and blister packs. Visit our website for the full details.

Each session also includes a mini sustainability talk, sharing practical local tips and tools to help you reduce waste beyond the sewing room.
