The Sutta & Social Circle is a space designed for deep reflection, practical insight, and warm community connection. Held in a relaxed library setting, this gathering offers an easeful flow to explore Buddhist teachings, deepen your practice, and meet like-minded people. Please aim to arrive by 11:00am so you can settle in before we begin.

The Flow of the Gathering

Guided Meditation (11:15am)We begin with a calming guided meditation to quiet the mind, help us ground, and develop concentration.
Interactive Sutta Study (Insight Practice)We look at specific Suttas (Buddhist texts) and share our personal experiences. Together, we’ll uncover practical tools and mindsets to cultivate lasting inner peace and integrate the insights into daily life.
Lunch Break & Shared Food (12:30pm – 1:15pm)We pause for a collective lunch break. If you’re able to, please bring a little something to share with the group.
