Suttas and Recovery
Description
The Early Buddhist teachings found in the Pali Canon can give us important and relevant insights into our practice today. In this class we will read together from some of these classic teachings. While these suttas, at first, may seem dusty and opaque, they can bring clarity to our meditation, our recovery, and our spiritual growth.
Those in Recovery Dharma as well as Twelve Step practitioners will find resonance in these teachings.
