This focused, hands-on Suturing Masterclass is designed for current TMF members who have already mastered the basics and are ready to advance their technique and confidence in intermediate suturing and minor skin procedures.
What you’ll learn:
This workshop will cover intermediate-level techniques essential for clinical practice, including:
Running subcuticular sutures
Aberdeen knot
Figure-of-eight sutures
Corner stitch
Punch biopsy technique
Introductory V-Y advancement flap
What to expect:
Small group, hands-on learning (limited to 12 participants)
Realistic practice using advanced suture practice pads for various body part simulations. Pig skin may be used for additional practice/demonstration.
