SWAP MEET EVENT: Workplace champions and business liaisons
Description
A fun, fast-paced introduction to becoming a Swap One Champion.
Want to help your colleagues explore more affordable, healthy and sustainable ways to get to work?
The new Swap One Champions Programme gives you the ideas, tools and support to make it happen without adding a big job to your workload.
Join us for our first Champions’ Swap Meet. A fun, informal evening where you can find out what being a Champion involves, meet local transport experts and like-minded people, swap ideas and learn how to drive change for good.
We'll have the people behind Nelson Tasman's eBus network and Pooly carpooling app, alongside local cycling, EV and carbon experts, all in one room, ready to share practical tips, answer questions and help you find new ways to get your colleagues swapping.
Think speed dating, but for swapping ideas! Quick conversations, fresh connections and plenty of inspiration to take back to your workplace.
You'll come away with:
A better understanding of the Champions Programme
Practical tips, local contacts and useful resources
No need to sign up as a Champion beforehand, just register to come along, see what's involved and decide if it's for you.
Please note: Drinks and food will be available to purchase from the bar.
