What you need to know
What to expect:
Rotate through nine rounds of exercise including beginner boxing combinations with pads and gloves (partner-based, non-violent), and bodyweight conditioning movements.
It's your body, your choice, so feel free to modify and slow down or speed up as needed.
If you're attending solo (like many people), we'll help you meet someone new to partner up with.
This session will be powered by a totally iconic 2000s pop playlist. Dance, laugh and embrace queer joy with us.
All welcome (ages 18+):
All genders and sexualities
All shapes, sizes and abilities
No experience necessary
We're committed to creating a safe space. If there's something we can do better, please let us know.

Doors open 15 minutes before the start time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, you will not be admitted.
