Exhibitor Registration of Interest
SWELL is a lifestyle expo and series of events aimed for those over 65, promoting how to live well and age well in Selwyn. This will consist of a Swell Expo & Marketplace, which features over 70 providers.
On Monday 17 October, 9am-2.30pm at the Lincoln Event Centre, the SWELL Expo will take place. There will be two rooms available at the SWELL Expo event – the Liffey Expo and the Baylis Marketplace.
This form registers your interest in exhibiting in the Expo or Marketplace.
Register via the 'Get Tickets' button. Select '1' from the dropdown and then click 'Enter Details'.
The Expo, is for clubs, charitable services, health providers and businesses which provide a service. This does not exclude you from having small offerings for sale but this is not your main purpose at the expo.
The Marketplace is for any business or organisation (profit/not for profit) which would like to sell a product that can be purchased on the day. As this is the first year for Marketplace, there is no charge to attend. Vendor space will be notified upon confirmation. The vendor will be responsible for organising all aspects of sales. We are asking all vendors to contribute an item or voucher to be raffled as a prize basket as a koha for their participation.

Participation in the SWELL Expo is not guaranteed and a confirmation will be sent to you from August 15th 2022.
NGO/Charities & businesses will have a small charge associated with participation in the Liffey Expo. An invoice will be sent out with your confirmation details.
Rates will be
$40 - Charity/Community Based Organisation/Sole Trader
$90 - Business
All successful expo exhibitors will connect to living well and ageing well in Selwyn!
