Sophrology is a simple combination of breathing, gentle movement, relaxation and positive visualisation, designed to help calm the mind, release tension and improve overall wellbeing.

My name is Chantal, a French Sophrology practitioner and I’ve been practicing since 2012.

During this one-hour session, I’ll introduce a few easy techniques that people can use in everyday life to manage stress, relax and feel more balanced.

It’s very accessible, there’s no need for any previous experience, and everyone can take part at their own pace.
