Lull: A coastal reflection session with Tide & Time.

The Atlantic doesn’t rush its work, and neither should you. Between the noise of daily life and the relentless "to-do" list, we rarely grant ourselves the luxury of a lull - a brief moment of pause. We carry questions, longings, and curiosities that never quite reach the surface because our worlds won’t stand still.

This session is a dedicated sanctuary for those things you’ve been meaning to consider, but haven't yet had the space to look at.

The Experience

Facilitated by coach and Portrush local, Kate Crosbie, this hour is designed to help you move from mental clutter towards coastal clarity.

An Intentional Pause: We’ll explore the power of the “Lull” and how to actually find it.
Guided Reflection: Kate will provide prompts to help you navigate your own thoughts
A Portable Lull: Simple, low-pressure ways to take this sense of space home with you, long after the tide comes in.

Your Privacy Guaranteed We gather to share the collective experience of space and calm, but your reflections remain entirely your own. There is no requirement to share anything personal with the group.

What to Bring Just yourself and a willingness to be still. Bring your own journal if you have one, otherwise, paper and pens will be provided. Also a coat and comfy shoes, as we will be taking a short walk to the shore as part of the session.
