The Swellness Summit Presents…Power Up!

The Ain’t That Swell podcast (aka The Swellians) is curating a day of hardcore wellness at the state of the art B3 facility in Brunswick Heads.

The day runs from 2-5pm and we encourage everyone to hang out for the duration. Classes will run throughout the afternoon (strength and mobility, contrast therapy, meditation, breath work, sauna, ice baths).

Enjoy live podcasts, lectures, sermons, philosophy, films and music from The Swellian’s many mentors and gurus in The Swellian’s specially curated multi-media room throughout the day. And hang around for the dance party after.

Our goal is to get health and wellness into the hands of the people, and drastically reduce mental illness, violence, domestic violence, self-harm and stress.

If you know someone who could benefit from this, bring them along for free!

This is a free(ish) community event. We just need to cover our costs by selling 33 tickets at around 20$ a pop. Whatever money is made beyond that will be reinvested into the next workshop to help more people access these tools and develop a greater sense of wellbeing.

Come and power up on us!
