The Swellness Summit Presents…Power Up!

The Ain’t That Swell podcast (aka The Swellians) is curating a morning of hardcore wellness at the state of the art B3 facility in Brunswick Heads.

POWER UP:

12-1.15pm - B3 (Build, breath, bath)

1.30pm - Group meditation

2-2.30pm - Live Podcast

Our goal is to get health and wellness into the hands of all people, and drastically reduce mental illness, violence, domestic violence, self-harm and stress.

LIVE PODCAST GUESTS TBA

TO BRING:

Swimmers & towel (for ice baths, sauna)
Clothes and shoes to move in

We've kept costs low and the money made is reinvested into future Swellness events and programs to help more people access these tools and develop a greater sense of wellbeing.

If you know someone who could benefit from this, bring them along for free.

Come and power up with us!
