‘Swifties’ - A Maitland High School Production
Event description
Maitland High School presents ‘Swifties’, our 2024 school production!
Sisters Jade and Holly dream of going to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. It’s all they think about for months. They save up money from babysitting and doing jobs around the house. It’s finally pre-sale day and Mum and Dad let them have half a day off school but things don’t go to plan. How will they get tickets? How will they see Taylor? Will it be legal? ‘Swifties’ is the story of loving something SO much that you’ll do anything to get it.
Featuring a Taylor Swift soundtrack from EVERY era.
This original story, written by Miss Ross and created by MHS students, is not to be missed!
Performance dates Thursday 21st Nov, Friday 22nd November and Saturday 23rd November 2024. All performance evenings start at 6:30pm.
Tickets are $15 each and assigned seating in the Hall with special tiered seating for the event!
Dress code is 'The Era's Tour' so get ready to make the whole place shimmer with your best Taylor Swift inspired outfits. This means you can rewear your Era's Tour outfit or wear all the sequins or an Era theme/accessory or pick a specific Era colour or Travis Kelce jersey or Taylor Swift puns or even pay homage to one of her music videos or whatever makes your feel fabulous!
