What goes hand in hand with gorgeous, winter mornings in Brisbane. No, it’s not sleep-ins, brunch dates or hot girl walks (although notable mentions), but group fitness classes! SWIM is glad to announce that we have partnered with UBX Training Gym in South Brisbane to offer group HIIT fitness classes for ONLY $5! That’s cheaper than your lactose free ice latte!

Our first session will be held on Saturday, August 5th from 10-11am. But you’ll have to be swift, there are only 24 spaces available!

A bit of a background on UBX Training, it’s a boxing gym that offers 12-round HIIT classes with a focus on boxing exercises as well cardiovascular and strength training in a 45-minute session. If you’re new to boxing or fitness, not to worry as UBX’s provides equipment as well personal trainers who cater the class for all skill levels.
