Join us for an exciting Swim Survival Workshop at our facility located in Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre! This engaging session will take place on Saturday, December 7, and is designed for young people aged 18 and up. Targeted to participants who is looking to learn or enhance your skills, this workshop welcomes participants of all levels especially beginners. Dive into essential swim survival techniques, including balancing in the water and using boogie boards effectively. Go through make shift seaweed beads and riptides! If you have are keen to swimming and want to improve your safety and confidence in the water, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Extra key skills covered:
- Balancing:Â Learn how to maintain stability in the water, crucial for effective swimming.
- Boogie Board Techniques:Â Discover how to use boogie boards for support and fun while practicing your swimming skills.
