  1. This is for you if you are experiencing 
    •  Emotional challenges, disconnection, and a sense of being stuck.
    • Struggling with relationships
    • Struggling or stuck with your partner and kids
    • Find yourself on a hamster wheel 
    • Feeling drained frustrated and overwhelmed 
  2. Location:
    • The retreat takes place on a private 43-acre piece of paradise between Gin Gin and Mount Perry. 370km from Brisbane.
    • Participants can enjoy nature, disconnect from busy lives, and experience outdoor activities.
    • Accommodations include the option to bring your own tent/van. Yurts and tents supplied depending on your choice of ticket option.
  3. Community and Support:
    • In-person/online ongoing community support for participants on their journey after the retreat.
    • The event includes meals and access to facilities, encouraging connection and a sense of community.

Your Facilitator:

Collette Whelan, the creator of the "Parents Retreat" and mentorship program, is a qualified counselor, Early Childhood Educator, and holds expertise in various therapeutic modalities. With qualifications in Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and as a Multiple Brain Integration Therapist, Collette is also a certified Trauma Practitioner through HeartMath.

Collette is passionate about helping parents and families. Her mission extends to empowering individuals, couples, families, and business owners by providing tools, techniques, and a supportive community. Through her diverse skill set, including expertise in trauma and heart coherence, Collette aims to guide participants toward taking control of their lives, relationships, families, and businesses. She is dedicated to helping individuals recognise their worth, step into their potential, and create exceptional lives.

What to Bring:

  1. Warm, comfortable clothes, and closed shoes or boots for bush walks.
  2. Bedding, tent, and mattress if not rented from the organizers.
  3. Blanket, pillow, and yoga mat for workshop experiences.
  4. Water bottle and healthy snacks for between meals.
  5. Journal for the journaling experience.
  6. Notepad and pen.

    • 2-day Parent Retreat

    • Camping spot. Two person tent and blowup mattress or bring your own tent/ caravan, we have plenty of space.
