Kate Pounder, Tech Sector Leader
Kate is a leader in the Australian tech community. She was most recently the inaugural CEO of the Tech Council of Australia, the peak body for Australia's tech ecosystem. Prior to that she was a Partner in start-up analytics firm, AlphaBeta, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company specialising in the public sector. Kate is a leader in the Australian tech community. Prior to that she was a Partner in start-up analytics firm, AlphaBeta, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company specialising in the public sector. She is on the Board of Trustees for the Powerhouse Museum Trust, and a member of the external advisory boards for the Department of Defence's Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator and for the Tech Policy Design Centre at ANU.

Amy Glancey, Chief of Staff, Atlassian
Joining Atlassian in 2016 as the Director of Communications for APAC, Amy expanded her remit to Director of Communications for Global Markets covering APAC & EMEA footprints. In 2018 Amy took the position of Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO. Prior to Atlassian, Amy spent four years at Groupon where she led the communications team across 14 markets in APAC. Prior to Groupon, Amy held various roles across the U.S, U.K, and APAC in both the private and public sector. Amy has a degree in Communications and a Masters in Journalism, both of which she graduated with Distinction.



Michael Saadat, International Head of Public Policy, Block
Michael Saadat is the International Head of Public Policy for Block, Inc (NYSE: SQ), leading Block's public policy efforts across APAC and EMEA, for all of Block's business units (Square, Cash App, Afterpay, Spiral, TIDAL and TBD). Michael is also a non-executive director on the boards of FinTech Australia and not-for-profit Global Sisters. Michael has deep experience in consumer financial services regulation and public policy at senior levels. Michael was previously a senior executive and Regional Commissioner at Australia’s financial services conduct regulator (the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, ASIC), and has worked at Citigroup and PwC.”’


Stuart FitzRoy, Managing Director APAC, Rokt
As Managing Director APAC, Stuart FitzRoy leads the team in APAC and partners with the Chief Product Officer to design, build and deploy Rokt’s products. Stuart joined Rokt in 2015. He came to Rokt from The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a Principal in the firm’s Sydney office. While there, Stuart worked with clients on technology projects across a range of sectors including travel and tourism, infrastructure and mining. He has expertise in digital technology, commercial strategy, distribution, sourcing and procurement. In the middle of his tenure at BCG Stuart left to join Jetstar, the low fares airline serving the Asia-Pacific region. He was responsible for distribution and product management of the airline’s technology platform for booking, payment and check-in. He returned to BCG after helping to grow the Jetstar Group from concept to $1 billion in revenue. Stuart holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance as well as a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
