Chemically grown food results in loss of biodiversity in the soil and root microbiomes this probably results in a loss of biodiversity in the gut microbiome . You will learn why .
Stress states promotes adverse microflora in the gut so some meditation exercises will be suggested .
Sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise depletes gut microbiome diversity .
limited intake of prebiotic foods like vegetables , fruits , nuts seeds and legumes .
All of the above results in 3 dysfunctional immune responses
Hypersensitivity reactions to foods (think allergies).
Decreased immune surveillance and a potential increase risk of cancer
auto-immune diseases due to foods leaking across the gut wall and the immune cells create antibodies to this food that in turn , those antibodies react against self .
