The last six months have seen continued fundamental shifts in the Sydney residential apartment market, as extensive planning policy amendments have progressively come into effect and started to drive change by opening up new development opportunities. The NSW State Government is now targeting 82% of all new housing supply in Sydney to be provided as infill housing. Accordingly, the importance of apartments as the primary and key source of new housing cannot be overstated.

Event cancellation policy

Please note that no refunds will be given to cancellations made seven (7) or less business days prior to the event as catering arrangements have already been confirmed. All cancellations must be completed via Humanitix and applicable refunds will be applied to the original payment method nominated when completing your reservation via Humanitix.
