Event: Intimate, storytelling circle for sharing poetry about Sydney as our home

Cost: Free!

Join this intimate storytelling circle located in the Botanic Gardens in a collaboration with Sydney University Poetry Society as we gather to share stories of Sydney as our home; the way we feel about the city we live in, how our backgrounds & cultures shape our experiences here, and our dreams that we have for it. Everyone is welcome to share their poetry and participate in this event.

Acknowledgement of Country: We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land, Gadigal people, and pay our respects to their ancestors and Elders past, present, and emerging. We extend this acknowledgment and respect to all Aboriginal and Torrs Strait Islander people here today, and your continuing connection to lands, waters, and communities.
