Founded in 1818, Champagne Billecart-Salmon is now one of the most prestigious and reputable names in the champagne industry. It is renowned amongst wine connoisseurs globally for its exceptional quality and unique, fresh, and elegant style.

As one of the few houses left still owned by the original family who founded it, Billecart-Salmon sources most of its fruit from its own, small vineyard holding in the Champagne region. Using a time-honoured, meticulous set of methods and procedures, the family – who are the descendants of Nicolas François Billecart – is able to maintain complete control over the entire production process, guaranteeing results of the same consistently high standards which have earnt their house its enviable reputation over the decades.

At Emperor, we are big fans of Billecart-Salmon, and are honoured to have been chosen as their partner for the highly anticipated launch of the Elisabeth Salmon Rosé 2008 in Australia.

Discover the beauty and richness of the Billecart-Salmon range, with 6 exquisite champagnes perfectly paired with a tailored four-course menu.
