Through conscious connected breathwork, reflection, and guided inner awareness, each session supports you to release emotional weight, regulate your nervous system, and return to inner clarity and truth.

What to Bring

+ Wear comfortable clothing suitable for lying down.
+ A blanket or shawl to keep yourself warm
+ Yoga mats are available at the venue, but you are welcome to bring your own.
+ A pillow or cushion for additional comfort if desired.
+ A journal and pen to record reflections, emotions, or insights.
+ A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
