Wellbeing & Influence: Reclaiming the People ‘P’ and the CMO’s Seat at the Table

Join Business Women Australia (BWA) for an exclusive executive roundtable for senior marketing professionals, CMOs, and brand leaders, hosted in the stunning Servcorp boardroom at Chifley Tower, Sydney.

In this intimate, high-impact session, Roni Millard will lead a powerful dialogue on how marketing leaders can strengthen their influence by placing wellbeing at the heart of leadership, brand strategy, and personal brand.

Marketing has always been about the 4 P’s, yet the most vital, People, is too often overlooked. As CMOs and brand custodians, your ability to inspire, influence, and impact rests on how well you prioritise the human experience; inside your teams, across your organisation, and out into the market.

Roni knows this first-hand. In her rise through senior leadership, she was relentless in her pursuit of high performance. But the cost was immense: multiple illnesses, burnout, and ultimately breast cancer. Having rebuilt her health and resilience, she is now the fittest and healthiest she has ever been. Her journey gives her a unique perspective on what it truly takes to succeed as a leader, without sacrificing yourself in the process.

That’s why this session is not about theory, it’s about practical strategies for embedding wellbeing into your leadership, your brand, and your team culture. Because your leadership impact starts with your personal brand. What do your teams say about you when you’re not in the room? Are you seen as a role model for healthy, sustainable leadership?

Your productivity, influence, and ability to inspire are amplified when you:

Understand and leverage your personal brand as a leader.
Model authentic wellbeing in your daily behaviours.
Embed wellbeing into your team’s operating rhythm to unlock performance and resilience.

This roundtable will explore:

How to integrate wellbeing as a strategic lever for both internal culture and brand experience.
The marketing leaders' unique role in championing whole-of-business wellbeing.
How to drive team productivity and high performance, achieving KPIs without eroding mental health.
How your personal brand is inseparable from your leadership impact and why modelling wellbeing is the key to sustainable success.

What You’ll Gain:

Strategic insights into the evolving role of marketing leadership.
Tools to strengthen your personal brand through authentic, wellbeing-first leadership.
Clarity on how to protect your own wellbeing so you can consistently lead from a full cup every day you walk into work.
Connection with a select network of senior marketing and brand leaders.
