Joyful Light, Singing Soul

Join the Sydney Cantata Project for a special concert performed on period instruments in the beautiful setting of Living Hope Anglican Church (St Martin’s Killara). This evocative programme brings together three works connected by themes of joy, mortality, and devotion: Bach’s cantatas Meine Seel erhebt den Herren BWV 10 and Erwünschtes Freudenlicht BWV 184, alongside his transcription of Johann Christoph Bach’s profound motet Es ist nun aus mit meinem Leben.
