BWA Sydney: Chats, Cheese & Connections - Negotiations

Join Business Women Australia members, friends and guests, with our host Shayne Sommer (Shadforth Financial Group) for chats, cheese and connections. This month we will explore the art of negotiation and share our experiences - good, bad and ugly!

In the safety of this professional space where privacy and confidentiality sits at the heart of our community, let’s discuss the different approaches we utilise to generate outcomes when negotiating things that are important to us. This deep knowledge sharing will provide the opportunity to uncover our true abilities, reactions, behaviour and thoughts.

In this meaningful conversation, we will explore concepts like power and position, personal confidence, win-win preparation and attachment, empathy, emotional intelligence, work, life and relationships.

Join the chat, enjoy a glass of wine and cheese in a boardroom with awesome, honest women. With a generous spirit and diverse experience we will unlock new methods and strategic frameworks that help us achieve positive outcomes, while dealing effectively with the “stuff ups, challenges and opportunities that come with negotiating”.

If you have been looking to connect more deeply with other business and professional women, this conversational event is for you.

Register today as numbers will be limited to enable a deeper, more meaningful experience.

Chatham House rules apply. What is said or happens, stays in the space.

Through BWA courageous conversations like this we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, our strengths and our weaknesses, and also get to know each other. This will be a safe, non-judgemental conversation where, as leaders, we ' hold the space' for others.

Thanks to Shayne and the team at Shadforth Financial Group for hosting this event with a great space, cheese and refreshments.
