Sydney Conservatorium String Ensemble presents
HORIZONS
Professor Goetz Richter AM leads a string ensemble of emerging artists from the Sydney Conservatorium in a performance featuring Respighi’s enchanting ‘Ancient Airs and Dances’ and Janáček’s youthful and romantic Suite for String Orchestra. The concert will also feature a performance of the “Song Over the Land” composed by Gerard Brophy for the Fiftieth anniversary of the Australian Strings Association and inspired by the poetry of Rilke.
