Liz Leigh will share how the content design discipline at Service NSW as scaled. No two organisations are alike, so hear about what works for Service NSW, what we're trying to improve and how we've brought together a community of content designers.

Liz Leigh is a Content Design Lead at Service NSW. She works in the digital product space, supporting a community of nearly 30 Content Designers.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to the rollout of design systems, championed and advocated for content design within teams and grown content design capabilities in large organisations, including UNSW, the ATO and SNSW.

While at Service NSW, she has helped the content design team to nearly double in size. Currently, she's passionate about building leaders in content design, getting us a seat at the table and showcasing the amazing value of our practice.
