Australian Design Centre presents four major exhibitions and launches the Sydney Craft Week Festival.
The 8th annual Sydney Craft Week Festival runs from 11-20 October. Ten days of making, stimulating exhibitions and events and inspiring conversations about craft in all its forms for Sydney’s designer makers, craft community and craft lovers.
FUSE Glass Prize 2024
This non-acquisitive biennial prize for glass artists. Established in 2016, the FUSE Glass Prize showcases 18 finalists across Australia and New Zealand.
OUT OF DATE
Artist and jeweller Zoe Brand presents a selection of works from the past decade in OUT OF DATE, taking a wry and humorous approach to what it means to be out of date.
Remade-Reloved 2024
Curated by Bridget Kennedy this exhibition showcases the work of contemporary jewellery artists embracing sustainability in new ways.
Destined for Landfill: Covid Couture
In Object Space on William Street, is an exhibition of work by Regional NSW artist Leah Doeland. Without access to her usual art supplies, Leah turned to recycled materials during Covid to create this series of vibrant jackets.

ACCESS
There is a ramp at the side entrance of ADC (Palmer St) and wheelchair-accessible toilet on the lower gallery level.
