SYDNEY Erotic Cuddle Temple w/ Somatic Intimacy

This workshop forms half of a SOMATIC INTIMACY | SACRED PRIMAL ARTS DAY DIVE. Our other session is SOMATIC ATTUNEMENT. If you're interested in a deeper exploration of curiosity, connection and pleasure, we're offering a discount to attendees of both events!

We would like to invite you to the first erotic cuddle temple in Sydney! After amazing turnouts on Ko Pha-Ngan, it’s time to run them in Sydney as well. 

It will be an oxytocin-filled cuddle temple to explore "how slow can we go?". This is a clothes-on event with the space to dive into our vulnerability, touch, and connection, to explore the erotic energy in the present. 
 
We will have an opening circle, consent-led initiation, and temple-inspired free flow of cuddle and beautiful connections and will end with a closing circle.  
 
The doors open at 6:30, to commence the opening circle at 7pm on Saturday 6th of April and the closing circle is at 11 pm. To create the integrity of the container for the space, the doors will be closed at 6:55 pm as a hard limit, my first boundary of the evening. 
 
What is an Erotic Cuddle Temple? 

After having been in the neo-tantric, consent, and cuddle party space for a couple of years I felt like there was a space missing. I struggled in the pure cuddle parties that were platonic and non-erotic because I couldn’t help my erotic energy in those spaces. In the tantric spaces and temples, even if it’s not the point, it can get so pulled towards the sexual and it can be hard to drop in as you need to always check if this is within your boundaries or not. So, I wanted to create a space where we could explore consent and erotic energy with curiosity and fun. 

As a friend, temple facilitator, and goddess said to me about this space last time I held it: “I only came because it was you, I honestly thought it would be boring because of the clothes-on boundary, but I realized this was the deepest and most vulnerable I have ever been able to drop because I could relax into knowing that the container had a floor I could rest on and didn’t need to constantly protect my boundaries.” 

Who is this for? 

This is for everyone curious to explore eroticism, sensuality, tantra, and sacred sexuality, but might find it a bit intimidating. I sure know I felt like that when I got started.  

It is also for people who have been in this space for a little or a lot, as there are always things that come up that give a different insight, experience, or aha moment if we are open to learning and growing. 

It is for all genders and all sexual orientations.

ACCESSIBILITY

The venue is up one flight of stairs. Once inside the venue, bathroom utilities are down three steps. We apologise for our accessibility limitations.

$80 per person, with a discount if you join the Somatic Attunement workshop earlier in the day.   

Ticket sales close Friday 5th of April at 7pm. Address will be provided at 7.05pm with details of parking and transport. 

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING

Wear something that is comfortable enough to be on the floor, something that makes you feel happy, sensual, or relaxed, and not too warm as it can get hot in the room so down to tank tops and shorts as the least clothes for this workshop. 

Bring a water bottle and a cushion to sit on. 

This is an alcohol and drug-free event. 

FACILITATOR

Ami is a somatic sex & relationship coach, massage therapist, dance teacher & tantric bodyworker. With over 20 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and holding workshops in different settings and contents. She is now focusing on connection, consent, non-verbal communication, pleasure, and understanding the human body and nervous system. 

She is originally from Sweden where she got her massage therapist and chemical engineering degree and then pivoted into the European sex-positive space 7 years ago. With training and facilitating in Europe, Thailand, the US, and Australia.
