Day 3: Sets and Reps Calisthenics Competition
Organized by the Australian Calisthenics Alliance (ACA)
Day 3 is all about endurance and technique as athletes take on the Sets and Reps Calisthenics Competitions. Watch as competitors push their limits in timed events designed to test their strength, endurance, and consistency across a variety of calisthenics exercises.
